Recently, Local 177 enlisted the services of a local aerial advertising agency to help convey the Union's dissatisfaction with UPS's failure to address and correct ongoing Health, Safety, and other Labor issues including the continued mistreatment of its employees.

   On November 12, 2009, a single engine plane circled the Edison UPS facility from 7:30AM - 9:00 AM.

   A banner, which read:"UPS STOP MISTREATING YOUR EMPLOYEES" was towed behind.

   Officers from the Local, distributed fliers to employees as they reported/ or left the facility. The response from the employees at the Edison facility was overwhelmingly positive.

   Local 177 will continue to do what they must, in order to help convince UPS to cease with the Collective Bargaining Agreement Violations.
